GYUBAN by chef Kim Ji Young is a restaurant where customers can enjoy exquisite Korean fine dining. The restaurant offers varying seasonal menus divided by 24 solar terms in a private space. GYUBAN is a liaison between modern and traditional times, so the designers wanted to create an elegant and sophisticated brand identity. 3D-carved signage presents a modern version of the dignified dynastic tradition. The brand identity was applied throughout the restaurant, including the landscape, spaces between rooms, communication materials, and uniforms. Collaborations with experts in various domains have transformed GYUBAN into an exciting place for customers to experience and enjoy.
